Founder and former owner / operator of award-winning Picnic Charcuterie in Tofino, BC - small batch artisan charcuterie producer, international fine cheese retailer and event caterer, as featured in The New York Times and Vancouver Island Eats Cookbook. Co-founder, creative director and graphic designer for SpitFire Press - a series of independently published booklets on social justice, anti-racism, and collective action. Local sustainable food enthusiast and amateur gardener. I live, work and play on the ancestral territories of the Hupacasath and Tseshaht First Nations, and I believe in Land Back and strive to work in right relationship.
